A trigger to enable the contact owner to be updated to the deal owner. Part way through our sales process we need to change the deal owner to a role with limited permissions. It would be useful if we could trigger the contact owner to change at the same time. We are currently doing this manually.

It looks like custom deal fields cannot be used as a merge field in an email template. This is a requested feature. If anyone would also find this useful, you can upvote here

Thanks Julia, 

I've installed to give it a go. I notice that Zendesk have a built in duplicate manager but it's never worked for me. Hopefully this plug in does. Also, it may have changed since you last used it. The settings don't offer any options. It's just plug in and go.

We have new leads come in all the time that are already customers and it creates a new lead rather than add to the existing customer. The email addresses are the same but they never merge. It's annoying. I hope we get an answer to this one. Thank you

Also an issue for us. A duplicate options would be useful and I was surprised it doesn't exist

Easy to use and setup. I doubt we will use this feature in its current form. We would require the ability to add products to an email, ie so we can send customers an estimation. We are currently doing this manually. Can the product catalog be used in a quoting tool integration such has PandaDoc? This would be useful. A suggestion for added information would be the ability to add a picture to the product sku. If we are quoting customers they often like to see a configuration picture of the product being quoted. Thank you

I'm trying to report the number of contacts that have multiple deals over a given period. For example, how many deals created last month were from customers who we have won a deal previously. 

I can't find a solution in Sell or Explore. Has anyone else managed to do this?

I like your original setup, we would use this too. Similar situation, customers' that have 1,000's house lots assigned to them.

Feature Request Summary: 
Can light agents be provided access to view deals and contacts in Sell

Description/Use Cases: 
We have light agents that need to view a deals status, collaborate with sales on deals and leave notes regarding customer information within the contact file in Sell. For example, our accounts team may wish to leave a note that a customers account is on payment hold. Or our accounts team may wish to check a deals status before sending out an invoice amendment. Another user case, a sales rep may wish for a manager to review the detail details before approving a requested discount. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This feature would be used daily by our team. Currently, important client notes are being communicated outside of Zendesk Sell via internal emails. We wish to keep this communication together in Zendesk Sell.
