Hey everyone. We are using a survey tool named Delighted which creates a Zendesk ticket through the API. If that survey rating is too low, a support rep/manager responds with a standard question like, "Why did you rate us low?" Then, the customer can respond. 

What I'd like is a way to export these third responses as we want to know WHY they are rating us low. 

OR

If I could export the ticket data that contains the entire email thread, that would also work for me. 

Is there any way to do this?

Please allow the reverse order of comments. My entire team would LOVE to adopt workspaces but we are dead set against moving unless we can put new comments at the top and old comments at the bottom. Why force us to scroll down every ticket?

Is there a method to only show every 7th day in the selection? My product team wants a filter where they can pick the week of the year to filter down the data. Right now there is a checkbox for every day, but I'd like to only show each Monday.

I don't understand how in a tool as powerful as Explore, and with how important Macros are for support, that there isn't a way to report on that? I know support is keeping track of macro usage because you can see how many times each one has been used in the last 7 days. So...if the info is there why can't we use it?

@... OMG thank you. Yes, flipping the switch on their profile to take away their chat ability immediately kicks them chat. We are a small team of 3 and we cycle chat in different timezones on the world. I had no way of getting in touch with him so I was afraid every chat for over 12 hours would be "missed." But because of your keen eye, I don't have to worry about that anymore. Thank you!
