I'm having the same issue as Stuart. Seems to not work with version 4, but was working with version 3 just fine. Not sure what's changed . . .

Any update as to whether this will ever be considered? We could desperately use a Time field, or a combination Date/Time field . . .

Agreed, this would be a HUGE win for us, but it doesn't appear they're committed to adding this. Seems like something that would be used by a ton of people.

Perhaps I've missed something but I'm hoping someone can help - I am successfully able to hide the subject and description fields, but if an end-user forgets to fill in a required field and clicks Submit, the fields show back up again.
Is there any way to validate all the required fields BEFORE the page refreshes? Any code I can put in place to stop the subject and description fields from returning after a failed submit?

Any news on this? This would be an awesome addition for both the user and organization level.

Just in case I'm not phrasing it correctly, taking the Agents out of the equation - are you saying that end-users can't have both forms of SSO? One group of end-users that authenticates using SAML, and other end-users that use JWT?
In other words, I have one large group of end-users that currently authenticates using SAML. I want to have a second group of end-users that would use JWT instead.

Forgive me if I'm asking a silly question that's already been answered and I missed . . . but we are looking at end-users authenticating two different ways. Is that possible? One large group of end-users AND agents that log in with SAML SSO, and a smaller group of external end-users that would log in using JWT single-sign on. Is this a possibility?

Is it possible to only show a ticket form to a certain subgroup of end users, maybe based on a tag or user segment?
For example, let's say that we have 500 end-users in our organization; however, there are 30 that I want to see a certain form that isn't available for the rest. I don't want to give them full agent access, because other than this form, they should be treated the same as all other end-users. Is there a way I can present only those 30 users with a specific form?

This is so awesome, although I do wish that it was a native part of Zendesk and/or the Copenhagen theme. The only problem I'm having is with color, for some reason, no matter what I do, I can't get the color of the banner or text to change to anything other than the default. Anyone have the same issue or can explain what I need to change to make this? I attempted to change the CSS as Wes mentioned but it didn't appear to work.
