I'd like to be able to do this as an admin.  Currently Zendesk lets you export all your tickets but maybe I only want a certain group.  It would be great to have like a database where you can selec...

+1 New to Zendesk but really need this.  This would help us tremendously for our end users who are managing multiple organizations.
