Edit: Turns out, it is not Zendesk issue, but a Grammarly addon. The addon needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

We are currently using a workaround with admins assuming agents' identities. Not ideal.

Yeah, for some reason, Zendesk did not update Automations UI and it is really dated and hard to use.You just have to remove ";" so tags look like thatNo need to press Enter here

Tags should look like this: Maybe try some other browser, because I don't have any problems with Enter whatsoever
