3. How can you set the "from" address for outbound emails?

Hi Ryan,  Thanks for the suggestion, I have the email change trigger above my received trigger. I saw that response in a previous suggestion and verified that first and foremost.

Has anyone been able to get this to work with sending out the Your ticket has been received email to come from the updated email address? I've tried everything in this thread and can still only get...
