Hi, hopefully a simple question:
We have embedded the Zendesk WebWidget into our application (its great and we love it).
Question: What happens if a customer who is using our application, is using computer that doesn't have an outside internet connection (i.e. a closed network) - I'd imagine the app simply won't work (which is fine), but will it cause any issues/errors for the client?
Many thanks

Greg Vowles comentou,
Can someone explain where to go to update the CSS so that it adds carriage returns? I want to add carriage returns in for the "Type" field, in the Description to show to end users on the submission page:
i.e. I want the Description to show to end users to show:
Question: e.g. “How do I change my default homepage?”.
Incident: e.g. “I can’t access X”.
Problem: e.g. “Nobody in my office can access the system”.
Task: an action that needs to be carried out by an agent, to resolve the ticket.
instead of:
Question: e.g. “How do I change my default homepage?”. Incident: e.g. “I can’t access X”. Problem: e.g. “Nobody in my office can access the system”. Task: an action that needs to be carried out by an agent, to resolve the ticket.

Thanks Terry, I appreciate your suggestion - I did try that but sadly it didn't work for me. I tried lots of different things in fact but sadly the damage was done. I'm slowly putting the pieces of my broken dashboard back together and I will ensure I don't touch the disguised auto-destruct button ever again :)

I've spent pretty much the whole day working on a dashboard, was almost perfect. I was happy with it, but the alignment of some of the widgets were slightly out. So, I used the 'Automatically Re-Organize Widgets' option and it immediately and completely wrecked the report. I mean car crashed it. Literally everything has gone out of line and all of the widgets have been squished together, overlapping, things floating about. It's now utterly unusable. I've basically lost a day's work because there is no undo option.
There needs to be a warning to tell you that the change is irreversible or, ideally you'd get rid of the button altogether. Pressing that button is the equivalent of asking your cleaner to tidy your room and they come in with a wrecking ball and smash the place up.
I generally really like Zendesk and Explore, but this was a seriously poor experience.
