Is anyone else finding that “Notifications: Target” don't appear to be actually working anymore.
The rest of the Automation works ok, just the Notification: Target element.
They are showing as having run in the Ticket Events, and manually testing the Target API, is also successful.

I have just landed on this page, after trying to find a way to change the Requester on a client's account becasue their main contact is returning. They have 30 tickets… so I have to go in to EACH ONE and manually amend the requester…. best top up my coffee mug. Great use of my time.
You'd think we have something by now considering this was requested 9 years ago.

I have been told by our Zendesk reseller that it is due to our licence.
However, this means that the new Dashboards no longer support the facilities we are currently using.
For example, we have many dashboards that use Bookmark using hidden widgets to lockdown data filters/selection criteria - which is now longer possible in the new Dashboards. Many of these Dashboards are for specific Organisations and go out on a monthly schedule and are a feature of our contractual reporting to these customers.

We have Dashboard build to report for specific Agents and only for their own actvity.
Whilst you can set a Default Filter, how can you prevent people from changing the Filters? Such as Agent Name?
We previously used Data Filters / Bookmarks as hidden widgets.
We have ZERO Dashboard Restrictions available to us due to the type of licence we have.
Is there an alternative method?

I too am migrating my first legacy Dashboard over to the the new builder.
However, when I click on the Share button to create a Dashboard Restriction I also the the error: "You have reached the limit of 0 dashboard restrictions for your account.” and a link leading to this page.
How can we have a limit of 0 dashboard restrictions - is this a feature available to only certain level of account?

The Bulk Action really is quite flaky. It only does 30 at a a time and doesn't always work, so you end up repeating the process multiple times.
It is best IT practice not to have too many “Admins” of a system, so it really baffles me that there is only two options for Articles - when there are clearly “Roles” available to use within Zendesk.

In all your articles regarding the MCE - the message boxes have rounded edges, ours are square.
I would post an image but the dialogue box appears not to allow it anymore.

Just found we have almost 1000 of articles all set to Managed By: Administrator so my agents can't edit them.
The Bulk Action only handles 30 at a time...when it works.

Our Views that use the "Group By Status" now look a mess because it only allows Group By Status Category - and not by Custom Status Name.
