Posting here... again, years later.  We love Zendesk and would LOVE to use TALK too!  I have too many outside integrations to worry about as it is & I hate my current VOIP solution.  Please make this (seemingly small) adjustment Zendesk.  I am a customer of nearly 10 years!  Combine our continued usage with all the other customers on this thread... Maybe you can do an analysis on how much this one feature could bring to you.

Same here, what are you moving to?.  Been asking for years, posted on this same thread years ago, still getting notifications.  My ZD rep has been great but can get no answers about adding the ring multiple option for Talk.  I would like to keep ZD AND add Talk, but this is a road block for our use case as well.

@Ben Francis - Agreed.  It is unfortunate that the feature is not there yet.  I still follow this thread, now years later.  I have asked our reps and anyone else from Zendesk who will listen.  I think this might be a volume customer issue.  Large volume Zendesk users don't need it, so the smaller teams don't get it.  I love the ticketing system but now, combined with the no automated migration of reports over to explore, has got me shopping around.

This was also a dealbreaker for our team.  I really like Zendesk and we have been using for something like 6 years now.  We can't move to Talk without the option to ring multiple agents at the same time.
