Thanks Alina Wright!  This is preventing us from scaling Zendesk into other departments.  I'm still surprised this has been a feature request for years, and we're still a few quarters away.

Why can we not just have a simple "Export" button in the UI like so many other modern tools?  Come on Zendesk!  You can do better here!

It seems like this request has been out there for YEARS!  No updates! Really?  I expect better from Zendesk.

@... Agreed!  I am fairly new to Zendesk and I am still surprised by the number of request that haven't been included in the road map.  Another pain of mine is creating Bulk Tickets... you can edit...
