Be great if you offered it as an alternative view, rather than forcing your way through. Your money your loss though. Not being able to sort by subject was a real kick in the Richard to our company...

Why did this stop working?!?? Sort by subject is super important, and now it is dead.... Has anyone here tried FreshDesk?

Sure but it won't work. Read the thread... Zendesk doesn't care as long as their big dollar accounts are happy, and sometimes not even then.

Fyi, FreshDesk is actually worse than ZenDesk in this issue, and more, just finished testing their Enterprise tier, and it is also trash.

Salvador Vazquez Is there a timeframe on that? The options are still missing even after clearing the cache. Does this only apply the pagination issue, or the entire issue?

Because there is no pagination on their forum, you can't tell without looking at the address bar that there are now 3 pages worth of comments on this issue they have caused XD
