Hi @... and others, I'm looking for some clarification around end user behavior if "require sign-in" is turned off. My Help Center uses SSO and is currently requiring sign-in. When I test disabling this setting, I see that a non-authenticated user is prompted to sign-in when browsing. However, when the non-authenticated user enters a search term, they're sent to the search results page with no results and no prompt to sign-in for more. Can you recommend how to address this? My goal is to not require sign-in for my Help Center in general, but require it for most articles. I understand I can set that up by disabling the general setting and setting the visibility of articles to Signed in users, but the problem is that search results for a non-authenticated make it seem like there are no related articles, even though there are. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Hi @... and team, I have a different issue with the Time Filter. I'm editing a dashboard, I update the time filter from 30 days in the past to 4 weeks in the past, and publish. The dashboard always reverts to my previous 30 days setup. Any tips on how to address this? Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I can't find another article that covers time filter not saving.

Thanks for your response @.... That's not quite what I meant, though; I should've been clearer. I'd like to know the explicit count of articles that were created & then published within the same time period. My goal is to get a total count of articles published during a time period and be able to splice that into "new" and "updated" buckets. I.e., new articles published + updated articles published = ALL published articles. There doesn't appear to be a way to find this in the native metrics or by using a calculated attribute or metric, due to the way these events are tracked. Perhaps I'm missing something though? Please advise, thanks so much!

Hi all,
We need to create a report on article viewcount as compared to "freshness", i.e., including article views and the article's last update date. I don't see the "Article last updated" attribute in the Knowledge Base dataset, only publish date. Is there a plan to add this, or perhaps I'm missing how to accomplish this? Any advice is much appreciated, thank you.
Note: I tried running two separate queries and creating a pivot, but when I include Article last updated from the Knowledge Capture or Answer Bot dataset, I'm only getting the articles that were flagged or offered, not the full library of articles that were updated, which is what we need.

Hi all, is there a way to see the number of articles that were both created and published? I'd like to get the number of articles created and published within a certain time period, and there doesn't appear to be a way to do this with the built-in variables listed above.

Hello! Very helpful article here. If we are using user segments to create internal content, what is the best way to flag an internal article within search results? I understand that the internal article will not appear to external users, but is there a way to automatically flag on the search results page that an article is internal? Thanks for any insight!
