Zendesk Support, Since it doesn't look like this option is going to be available anytime soon (ever?), would it be possible to at least rename the existing tags under Manage > Tags? Thanks, Rick

I'm also running into the issue where I need to add tags to older closed tickets.  As an example, over the last several months I've had several users report issues with their LCD laptop monitors.  ...
