Jake, it's not even editing tickets that we're asking for, just the ability to change tags on closed tickets in order to allow them to be included in reports - when I say "reports", I mean searches...

Shameful behaviour from Zendesk - ignoring the demands of customers like this for 5 years. They could easily allow this with an admin-only "Enable closed ticket modification" setting.
