Barry Neary  Hi Barry, my team would like to have the backend change made to our sandbox to allow us to test reassigned tickets flowing back through a custom queue.

Lending my support to this request as well. We often need to easily review the full transcript for Messaging conversations, or occasionally send a transcript to one of our customers. 

This feature used to exist in Live Chat and we sorely miss it after updating to Messaging.

Good day,

Are there plans to make reporting available for this tool? My team began utilizing it at the end of April and I am looking for a way to measure usage across agents and to use that data to measure the impact on CSAT over time.
