Are you able to provide any kind of timeline for support for signed email (which you mentioned is on the roadmap)? This becomes a much, much larger implementation for us without it.

When reaching out to Zendesk's own support team via Messaging, I get an email when an agent responds that simply tells me to return to the widget. I can neither see the agent's message or reply directly to the email. I assume the Zendesk support team doesn't have this feature enabled, which makes me wonder why, since it seems like a huge improvement to the customer experience. Are there downsides we should be consider if we're looking to enable this?

If I upgrade my account from a legacy plan to one of the Suite options, should I expect that this will create a new instance and I'll lose all of my ticket history? This is what I was told by an AE, but I see no mention of that in this article.

Miranda Burford Any word on the ability to hide/show the widget? I don't see it on the Productboard page under either "Under Consideration" or "In Progress". Is this no longer planned? We cannot use Messaging till this is available, so if its no longer in the roadmap, we'll need to opt for a competitor.
