My company has recently upgraded to Reach and has begun enrolling leads into Sequences, it would be really helpful to be able to quickly see and group together everyone who has unsubscribed from the sequence so we can be mindful of future communication.
The current system of creating custom fields and having to go into accounts individually is not efficient, especially given the volume of our outreach. Hopefully this can be addressed soon.

Katie O'Connor comentou,
It would be helpful to be able to reassign tasks/companies/contacts simultaneously so leads don't fall through the cracks.
It would also be helpful for Sales reps to be able to have "Away" settings– for example if a rep is on vacation it would be great to select an option to have all their leads automatically re-directed to another team member for a pre-determined amount of time, perhaps with the approval of the account manager...

It would be great to see who created a lead without a custom field. Also, once leads are reassigned you cannot see who originally created it, which again would be good for transparency and ensuring that the lead creator gets credit for their work.
