ZenDesk should consider buying the software from Round Robin that facilitates this process and then implement it as a feature.
We would love to use this, but the Round Robin company doesn't pass our security protocols, so we can't use them.

You all posted an announcement in May 2022 that you were working on the ability for an Admin to change the status of an agent in Chat. I have seen no updates on this.
Could we please get an update on where this stands and when it will be implemented?
