In Search results when there is multiple placement for an article, isn't it possible to show the result only one time but with several breadcrumps?

Hello,
I just tried to add an article to 2 sections. While it works, it seems the attachment is not working anymore. The file attachment doesn't display at the end of the article. At first, the attachment was displayed in the article's original section only. So I removed the attachment and saved. I then added the attachment again. To do so, I had to add the article in another section because it would not let me save the attachment without adding a new section. Afterwards, I went to see, and the attachment wasn't there anymore. How can I make sure the attachment file will display at the end of the article in each of the article placement?

Hello Kimber,
We experience the same problem. When publishing images using the gallery, it doesn’t align with the article publication process that allows having two copies simultaneously; one live and one unpublished until release. This poses a significant issue for us, deviating from Zendesk’s usual Guide publication rules.
As you mentioned, we duplicate images instead of replacing them. This means after publication we have unused images in the gallery and can’t filter them. From our standpoint, they will remain there due to the abundance of identical names (older images lacked proper naming, as they couldn't be replicated in other articles). There is no mechanism allowing to search unlinked images with articles. It means we’ll quickly have a much bigger image library than expected.

We have the same issue as Kimber Wiggs. The only option at the moment is to add a new image instead of replacing the existing one. This means we have to follow-up to find the image at a later time and delete it. Unless you have another solution for this that I'm not aware of?

Hello,
Is there any updates as to when we can have tables added? Also, it would be great if we could use CSS classes to format the articles rendering. (For example, we use lightbox code to make our images clickable.)

Hello,
Do you know if Zendesk plans to add tables into Content Blocks? If so, do you have a roadmap for releasing this feature?

Hello,
Will you be adding management features for the images Galery?
Some of the images were added several times, even if they had the same file name. This means I have several duplicates.
I've started to delete them, but this deletion is very painful because I have to access each image, click the delete option, and confirm first that it isn't used in an article before I can delete it.
The second point I have is that each time you search for an image, you keep on losing your search terms and filters after clicking Insert, Replace, or Delete an image. This makes it a very painful process to manage images. On a side note, our Gallery has now over 10 000 images
