Is this on the RoadMap? For our marketing department we have one group, Advisors, who communicates with the customer while our Designers group is behind the scene to our customer and ONLY use internal notes to the Advisors and Management. Would love to set the Group to Internal Comments by default.
Please provide ETA of this enhancement. Thank you

Would love to update the subject line with a ticket field. For example, our marketing department is using ZD and when they select the “product” field, we would like that same drop down choice to be the subject line. If the requestor is asking for “Business Cards” or “eBlast” we would like to update the subject line to match when the agent updates the ticket.

Zendesk promotes setting up different departments within a company as different brands, however having one numbering series is not ideal to differentiate the departments. Although assigning different agents to the different “Brands” (in our case departments), for work and reports, it would be ideal to have a different numbering sequence. I understand that alpha-numeric is not available, but if we could at least have a different numbering sequence that would work too! In researching this option, it has been raised several times over the last 3 years. Let's get this this built!

Has anyone found an answer to this problem? Does anyone know if SalesForce has a way to fix on their end since they are the ones stripping the information?
