Several weeks in and we are still struggling with accepting so many of these changes.

I also dislike the swapped fields and having to enter my comment at the bottom of the screen. After working with it for a few weeks now, it is still very frustrating.

I absolutely agree with this and also dislike that the reply is at the bottom of the page.
