3. Improve PDFs Generated From Reports

Any update on this? I've created some dashboards to present to Exec team, when I export via PDF they look absolutely terrible. Im having to manually re-create the data in a more presentable format....

3. Ability to prohibit merging of tickets across organizations

This is extremely important. It should be considered a security fix rather than a feature. Please add me to the growing list of users who need this.
