I want to report on and schedule out lists of the tickets (not counts) to each Team Lead.  THe Tickets would be Unsolved > 7 days.   How can I do that?

It's ridiculous that my agents can CC any end-user but I can not add them automatically.  This needs to be changed.

I have the professional version and my agents can not create End Users.  Is that only in Enterprise?
