It's more of individual users being able to dictate the order of their views. Some agents are on multiple teams and have/need multiple views, it would be nice if they had the ability to dictate which ones were on top as different people care about different things more and have a different workflow. We don't have that many admins but we do have teams that manage and have access to manage/create views.

Being able to organize and choose the order and which views show where would be great. Also, if a user goes into manage views, when marking a view as 'Inactive' if a message would appear "This view will be removed for everyone in the group this view is assigned to"; this will help eliminate people trying to de-activate a view that is made for a group but they just don't want to see it anymore. Or give users a 'Hide' feature for views they don't want to regularly see.

Hello,
A couple of features that would be nice to have are below, thank you for your consideration.
- Ability to schedule a report/dashboard that has a time filter on it and choose the time filter to be used in the scheduled report (i.e. choose 'today' in the time filter and send me the report at the end of every day OR choose 'this month' in the time filter and send me the report at the end of every month)
- Also the ability to use any of the dataset types when creating a query (Often I find that 90% of what I want in the query is form the 'tickets' data set but then there are a few columns or data points I want but they are in the 'Updates history' data set. Being able to pull from any of these in the same query would be very helpful.
