Hello,
is it possible to activate Notification, when a ticket is assigned to another group?
We have different Brands and Groups and sometimes our costumer starts chat with the wrong agents. When this agents assign the Tickets to the other brands and Groups this groups don't get a notification about a new Chat. 
So at the moment they have to inform the other group over teams.

Is there a way to enable notifications for re-assigned Tickets? We use Broadcast Chat routing

How could it be, that this is not implemented now. This doesn't sound like a big thing to add, that also a Notification is send to an Agent when a chat ist transferred to him.
And it's over 2,5 Years since you said it will come in the next quarters!

This is a major Problem. It leads to unsatisfied costumers and also angry agents, because it's not their fault, that they don't get notified.

Also the Workaround with E-Mail trigger or just transfer the chat to a whole group of agents are not really usable or helping in our workflow
