Ever since I implemented Answer Bot via Messaging, my suggestion rates as a whole has gone down drastically. How can I continue to ensure Answer Bot recommends articles via Messaging widget?

Charles Gresula, one workaround I've done is to use the carousel to include links. There is a minimum of 2 links required for the carousel to work, so I add a link to our homepage as the 2nd link.
