Hi We have 2 Zendesk instances with different domains and would like to integrate them into one slack instance. Is there a plan for when this update would be available?

Hi, this is great.   Is there a way to filter out agent views? and make sure that the stats report only signed-in users view (or other user segments we specify)

Hi Erin, yes I am. The metric 'Days between creating & view' works but not the 'Views within 30 days of creation'.

3. Problem and Incident tickets - need a way to view the subject and detail of all incident tickets against a problem ticket, or vice versa
