I could display various Time Zones on my dashboard using the Formula below. However, with the new update it broke...grrrr

The Backlog History dataset is useless due limited attributes available.  

We just noticed a bunch of our organizations failed to be created due to a sync issue. Not having alerts go out for this type of issue is truly unacceptable. 

I enabled Drill In in both the Report and Interaction Options, but people I share the dashboard with don't see the Drill In option when clicking on KPIs or any other numbers on the dash.

e-Services, how did you color-code your columns? 

I agree with Francis - the Backlog Dataset is practically useless if we are unable to further filter on more ticket data. 

Hi - can you please give an example of how you would add this formula for Response based SLAs?
