Hey Dane Heather Rommel - do you good folks have any suggestions for my use case here?

I want to set up a chat rescuer for customers who have been sat idle in the chat. So our agents have sent a message and are waiting for the customer to respond.

I've kind of got it working using the below trigger:


(The 60 secs is just a placeholder for testing, I'll set a longer duration).
But it still seems to fire irrespective of who just sent the last message.

Hi Aimee Spanier Hiedi Kysther we're trying to create a welcome greeting but there seems to only be a placeholder for the visitor's name (and not the agent). How do we add that?

I've also noticed the following is missing: 

  1. In your Chat dashboard, go to Settings > Widget and click the Forms tab.

Hi Aimee Spanier @... - I think this part is also outdated. I can't see the settings mentioned under the To configure ticket creation section.

Any ideas where it moved to?


I'm also missing "History" I believe?

Hi Jennifer Rowe @... any idea why our agents are suddenly unable to add orgs to a user profile? I've assumed the roles of the agent(s) affected and observed it happening too. You can search for an Organization but when selected it just disappears from the list.

I'm an Admin and I'm able to add them.

Hi Erin O'Callaghan Alex Zheng - wonder if any of you folks could help with a similar query... My company is moving our fiscal year from Jan-Dec, to Feb-Jan - this creates a number of difficulties with explore reporting (e.g. "quarters" are based on the standard increments) Is there any way to adapt these in my reports/dashboards without having to edit every single query?
