I know it takes custom code but I cant find in the API how to get all the info like total comments.

Can you please get me on the right track? 🙏

Coming from intercom this was a huge thing to communicate between agents and we are upset this basic feature isn't added yet.

Hey everyone!
Im new to Zendesk and just tried hooking up Segment. Everything appeared to be good but I am noticing when a user adds a second organization the first one is removed from their organizations list. I do have multiple organizations enabled in settings.
Does anyone have some advice on how to keep the user assigned to all their organizations?
