Here's my advice folks, get some of your customer to log on to this forum/thread and post their own complaints. Flood 'em till you get some action.

OK Zendesk. I am a customer of one of your customers and I find it absolutely RIDICULOUS that you do not offer this feature. C'mon 3 years + and you don't offer the same 'last comment on top' view ...
