Hello,  I am trying to implement this functionality too.  Thomas de Silva Would you be able to provide any more instructions on making a callback request work through the IVR? Thanks

3. IVR Welcome Message repeat option

We have the same problem as well.  Not having a separate main greeting prior to the IVR message makes the overall message too long to have to repeat 3 times.
