Hi, 

I want to update a bulk of tickets. The tickets use a particular form with different fields. There is one particular field I want to update for all of those tickets, but the form that I use isn't found in forms drop down list. How do I insert my form in that drop down? Thank you.

Hello, 

I need help creating an automation. Many of my tickets don't receive a response in time and its bulking my pending inbox folder; and I would like to put them ON HOLD after 90 days have passed so I can differentiate from the rest of tickets. This should be based from the date it was first created. Can this be done?

Yes, has anything been done to be able to remove notifications that are old? They should at least disappear if you viewed them or clicked on them. Please do something about it, because my dashboard has been filling up with irrelevant information. Very difficult to filter through it. Come on!
