I have a specific client, that requested the responses of only one member of my team. Is there any trigger where I can give this rule so every single ticket that this user creates goes directly to this member and not to other people? Appreciate any assistance about this asap, thanks ;)

Ansolutely, Saxon Clay.
We have several tags that, by automatizations are linked to several macros, which are added when the tickets are answered. These tags are linked to statuses, bugs, and main words of inquiries, that we want to control on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and see where we need to spend more time on teaching and feeding the Help Center of our company, so our clients can rely on that information and not asking over and over questions that can be answered just reading a good article. Hope this makes more sense

Hi,
I would like to know if there's any chance for the categories Suspended & Deleted Tickets Category can be hidden from the View Section.
I don't want to delete them, I just want my team to be focused on the tickets that are really relevant.
