Hi,

We wanted to know, How exactly ticket is createdin the zendesk?

We have built our UI on zopim and it help us communicate with connector through zendesk backend.

So we want to know how data is saved in zendesk?

And before saving the coversation where exactly data saved temporarily?

WE want to know each and every step.

Hi, We want a constant same behaviour for everytime we load it. We got the confirmation from the support team that if we refresh the windo widget will continue the conversation. But this does not happen everytime. And when we observe the behaviour it may be because of cookie discrepency. The cookies does not behave same eberytime. also we tried to close the chat before closing the browser using beforeunload, but its no use

Hi,

The Zendesk cookies we use are not very consistant, sometimes, for ex- zlcmid cookie sometimes, get created twice.

And because of this cookie behaviour we are not able to manage multiple chats in one browser.

Can you please help us understand how can we start a new conversation in the new tab,  if the user is not logged and if the user is logged how to mantain the conversation.

how we can control it or do it from ourside.

We add some tags at the initial conversation.

And then depending on the conversation, or the topic which customer has asked to bot. We update tag each time we get any new information just to seperate the tickets via tags.

And the documentation we used for this is- https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/chat-api/#chataddtags

We use function to update to tag for the conversation which happens through bot. These tag field are not getting updated correctly. Could you please provide solution for this. We also tried raising ticket to support team, but they redirected us here.
