Hello，I try to add the The permission to access camera and photo library pop-up on IOS 14 / SDK 2.11.1，but it doesn't work ㅠㅠ

It seems that I have to upgrade the sdk version，could you please tell me which version should I upgrade to when I use IOS 14？

채팅 SDK 2.11.1 '사진접근권한' 팝창 추가

안녕하세요! 현재 젠데스크 채팅 2.11.1 사용중인 후오비코리아인데요, 온라인 상담 페이지에 들어갈 때 '사진 접근 권한' 팝창이 나오지 않아서 하나 추가하려고 하는데, 혹시 어느 버전으로 업그레이드해야 되나요? IOS 14 시스템입니다~

 

 

이 팝창을 추가하려도 합니다!

Questions of adding a Pop-up window of Access Permissions of Album on IOS system
Hello!
I'm currently using sdk 2.11.1 for chatting but when I go into the online consultation page and upload a picture, the photo access pop window doesn't come out, I want to add it， so I'd like to ask if you the pop-up window is adapted when using IOS 14 and SDK 2.11.1
