Na criação da marca, definir que organizações, solicitantes e agentes estarão associadas a ela, e também, restringir a  visualização dessas 3 entidades para visualização entre si apenas dentro de sua própria marca. Ou seja, impedir que um agente de uma marca veja organizações e solicitantes de outra marca.

Impacto comercial da limitação ou recurso ausente:

Evitar que um agente de um marca acidentalmente interfira no suporte de outro. Na criação de um ticket por um agente, por exemplo, ele pode acidentalmente criar por um solicitante de outra marca.
