This feature should be added to individually customize the lines/trend lines and their properties. 

The easiest solution would be click the line and a properties panel can be opened to customize properties such as colour and other options.

Huge bump to this. 

There is no reason for deleting the comment text when switching between internal and public replies. 

If I take a call and want to email the customer I shouldn't be punished with my content being deleted because I didn't first swap or forgot to copy paste. 

It's unintuitive and seems like an oversight in the new format. 

PLEASE CHANGE THIS!!!

Currently if someone has an email profile you have 2 options to change the requester. Pressing the Pencil Icon next to the name of the profile (circled) or clicking the (change) button up the top, just below the Subject of the ticket. 

If the customer just calls in you only have one of these options. Seems strange for consistency both should appear. I believe in the past they have.
