On the chat widget maybe is not a continuous conversation issue.
Set your language into Spanish, create a message to say hello to the end user who open the chat. Next, there is a field for name. The tittle on this field is “Name” in English and not “Nombre” in Spanish. It should be “Nombre”, because you are using Spanish on configuration.

1) Is it possible to update customer information from Shopify to Zendesk? When you update the phone number, is this data updated in the end user data?

2) I don't know why, some end users have Shopify "external_id" and some don't. Does anyone know the reason?

I would like to be able to delay WhatsApp messages sent to end users.

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

I use to work at night and I can't to response to WhatsApp messages.
It doesn't matter to send an email at 2AM, but is not a good idea to answer WhatsApp conversations at this time because phone users are going to do the received sound.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

This problem happens

No. I have to wait until morning to do it.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

I was using anther help desk before Zendesk and it was very easy.
It would be a good idea to open as an app called something like "schedule message" on ticket, Choose time to be sent and write the message

Same case.

Using on iOS 17.1.1 with an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

If you try to use macros, you have to close App because it frozes

I would like to be able to customize messages on continuous conversations because it use a tone that's not mine.

Translation are not correct. I talk in Spanish and doesn't translate Name into Spanish. It continues showing "Name" instead of "Nombre" and no way to change it.

To use Spanish in a correct language. "Name" is not a Spanish word.
And use same tone in all 
conversions. Tone used on chat widget for continuous conversation is too formal for some companies.

This problem occurs always.

1) Let customizer this messages.

2) fix Spanish translation. "Name" = "Nombre"

Sunshine is only for big companys.
For a little company as us, Sunshine is unaffordable. Too expensive.
Zendesk don’t help little projects

I can’t connect Facebook and Instagram to channels. Zendesk error about reviewing connections but everything is ok. Facebook permission ok Erased business app on Facebook and tried again. Rest of my pages connected but not the one I need. I was using it on others trials but are not connected now of any of them. Facebook says everything is ok Zendesk support without an answer from 2 days ago.
