Dedicated greeting for alert or announcement messages
What is the problem? We don't have a fast way of putting alerts and announcement messages as the absolut first greeting in Talk. Why is it a problem? When "system down" events happens the line...

What is the problem? Agents need to manually choose other brands to search for articles in the the knowledge center app. Why is it a problem? Agents often miss articles that resides in another help...
