We would like to have the ability to upload pre-recorded voicemails so that agents can send them to end users on outbound calls that reach voicemails. This will ensure consistency in the voicemails that end users receive. If agents can drop the recorded voicemail and move on to the next ticket while the voicemail is being delivered, it will improve agent efficiency.

Hi,

Is there any update on "Limiting agent access to specific numbers (i.e. assign agents to certain phone numbers)"?

We have multiple Zendesk phone numbers and want to set different default outbound phone numbers for each group.

Brett, we are adding a URL as a regex field type on the user profile and not as a multi-line field. Therefore, we want the regex field to be clickable on the essentials card.

We added a URL to the user profile and included that field in the essentials card. We want that field to be clickable so that agents can easily access that link.
