Hi Zendesk support,

On SSOing to Zendesk as an Agent, Zendesk creates a Team member as "Legacy Agent" by default and then there is a need to assign a specific custom Role by Admin. Legacy Agent is treated by Zendesk just like an Admin, except role management. 

Is there a way, that instead of Legacy Agent, Zendesk assigns it as Light Agent or a custom Role by default, any config to do this?
