+1, any update?

Feedback on the release would be to include the Category name above the view title when you're clicked into a specific view. 

For example, we have a ton of tier 1 and tier 2 queues under different lines of business (fraud, support, shipping) and when you're clicking to any one of these, it's unclear which queue you're in since they're all labeled the same thing. Would be nice if the category was listed above the queue title.

I gave this a go and the report is working, except that the results don't refresh? I expected to see a new random sample each time I refreshed the report or the page. Anyone know how to fix this?
