How can I find out which users have no organisation attached to them. For our use case each customer should always have an organisation. But i can't find a way of checking who doesn't have an org attached without going through each customer individually which will be impossible for us due to the sheer number.

Even a column on the customers page to show which organisation the customer belongs to would help.

I have been looking for a similar flow for our dev side (Linear) and Zendesk regarding feature requests from customers.

I agree with the way you are approaching this, with one question. How do you put a ticket "On Hold". Is this a custom status that keeps tickets in the "Open" category?
