Hi Colten, Are CC's enabled in your account? You can check that in the Admin page > Settings > Tickets > CCs > Enable CCs on tickets.

If you are a Google Chrome user, you could install an extension like Dark Mode or Dark mode / night reader. Those seem to do a pretty good job.

Hi Tom, That can be written into the JavaScript. You could get the current User Object then display things based on the user id, custom role id, or user tag. For example: client.get('currentUser')....
