Can there be more padding to the menu similar to the current one to make selecting an item in the dropdown easier?

Will hovering over the items change colours like they currently do to highlight which we're hovering on?

We can't provide feedback on Dark Mode when we haven't seen any previews of it to give feedback on

We use different ticket fields per department so would need to have them shown only to specific groups

How is this still not implemented after 5 years 😫

Are there any plans to natively integrate with Teams rather than using a third-party app?

Can images be added that are hosted externally so the image isn't included in the actual email contents? Similar to how account wide signatures work?

Is it not possible to bring the profile photos across from the IdP for the agents? All our staff have photos on their profiles in Entra already

Is there a way of setting macros to have specific text depending on morning/afternoon/evening for the agent or requester's timezone? “Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening {{ticket.requester.first_name}},”

Freshdesk had this feature 10 years ago. How is this not implemented yet or even a planned addition?
