Any update on custom ticket forms?  We need this feature to comply with help center user form.

After integrate Zendesk and Slack, we may allow customer to submit ticket through slack channel. However , is there any way to customize the new ticket form as Help Center create request form ? Thus we can save some time to interact with customer.
