Hey Katharina, just read the issue you are experiencing. 

Maybe this will help; after writing down the tag, before leaving the field where you entered the tag, did you hit “enter”? If the tag is entered correctly in the field, it should have a “grayish” background, which I could not see on your Screenshot.

Does someone know hot to make that Email field when adding a new user mandatory?

Due date field is shown only if Type is set to Task. If you change between different Types, you´ll notice the Due date field being added (if Task is selected) and removed (if others are selected) from the form.
