Hey Amjid Khan, Im using it exactly as you mention on your comment. I open a side conversation within Zendesk, type my message. Slack received it on the appropriate channel (the one I configured).  within slack someone respondes to the message and it get to Zendesk, twice.

I'm in the process of implementing my zendesk instance and one feature we are excited about is the slack side conversation, however while testing it, every message gets duplicated on the Zendesk ticket.

Is this how its supposed to work?

I have a question.
The article states that a light agent can NOT answer CSAT surveys, however someone with a light agent licenses can also be the requestor for a ticket.

If a light agent is also an end user/customer and opens a ticket, will that person wont be able to answer the CSAT survey they get when their ticket is resolved?

ComentárioSecurity and user access in Zendesk Support

I'm setting up my Zendesk instance. I signed up for the free trial to start setting everything up. I want any person to be able to submit a support request without having to register.
The options described in this article under “ Anybody can submit tickets, no registration required” seemed to be outdated as they are not as the article mentions.

When disabling the checkbox named “Zendesk authentication” I get a popup error message stating that :
"Nothing Selected

Select an authentication method"

I do NOT want an authentication method.

Please help.
