I don't understand why the adoption of the p8 certificate has not been implemented. The p8 certificate is a more modern approach compared to the p12 and does not have an expiration period, which is why many companies are using p8 certificates. We would greatly appreciate it if Zendesk could promptly adopt the p8 certificate as well. Thank you.
